But when we do have that thing that others covet — oh, that’s pretty sweet. We feel better about ourselves when — nay, because! — we have things others can’t get, right? Somehow superior, even, but we can’t really put our finger on why....

In any case, this is why we’ve created Scarce Goods! We will make ridiculously small batches for you to acquire that will make you feel good about yourself because there’s so little of it to go around.

Ok, maybe not.

In actuality, Scarce Goods is our new playground where we can feel that recess freedom to try new things, have some fun, skin our knees, hang upside down from the monkey bars, and take some big risks on small batches.

We blended two types of yeast and added ripe strawberry purée after primary fermentation to create a beer that is both nuanced and bold — part sour, part farmhouse, with notes of strawberry swimming through it all. 6.5% ABV.
